Everyone I’ve spoken to so far this year has said in one form or another that they plan to get ACTIVE and want to be HEALTHIER this year (myself included!) In fact, gym membership sales soar the first month of the year because of everyone and their grandma promising themselves better health as a new year’s resolution.
Wellllllllllllll, if you’re gonna strap on those tennies and sweat it out/work it out, I ain’t mad at ya. Just remember to eat right + stay hydrated, OK? Proper nutrition + rest is just as important to the body as cardio, stretching, or weight lifting.
